3 Limited Edition Minis Released To Mark 50 Golden Years
That great British Icon, the Mini celebrates its 50th birthday this year and during the recent celebrations at Silverstone BMW launched three new limited edition Mini models that will have fans of the hot hatch drooling.
Two of the new models – The Mini Camden and Mini Mayfair – will be in production for one year only with the first batch rolling off the production line in August. Both models will be available in Cooper, Cooper S and Cooper D, with the Camden starting from £18,165 and the Mayfair from £18,415.
The third special edition, the John Cooper Works world Championship 50 (pictured) will be even more collectable as only 250 units will be made. This special edition model will be hugely sought after by Mini enthusiasts and collectors.
The JCW WC50 has been designed to mark Mini’s 50 years of racing achievements and to honour the expertise of John Cooper – Mini’s tuning guru. It will come in traditional racing green with white go faster stripes on the hood, distinctive jet black 17 inch alloy rims and aero body kit.
